San Marino

Just a short drive over from Rimini. San Marino is a tiny country. The main attraction is Monte Titano and the Guaita fortress. From the top you can enjoy views of the wider region. 

As my BraboTravel post on Instagram mentioned, the country of San Marino remained neutral during the Second World War and provided refuge for the people of the surrounding area. 

I only spent there an afternoon before heading back to the beaches for some beers at the Golden Hour. A nice day trip for anyone visiting the area.
