NIPPON

In the fall of 2019 I spend twelve days in Japan. On a whim, kind off. Just six weeks prior, I found a great deal on a flight to Tokyo and back from Osaka.

By no means this was my first trip to Asia, but the country gave me the sense of discovering something entirely new. A rare feeling. Armed with my camera I made longs days exploring the various parts and neighbourhoods of Tokyo. A photographers paradise, I would say.

Equally amazing, the food of course! Every day I was able to try something new. If you have never been, I highly recommend. Japan is unique and I cannot imagine it would every dissappoint.

My itinerary took me from Tokyo to Fuji, taking the Shinkansen to Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. Autumn turned out great for me, but I bet any season will do.
